I had a good stay at Novotel York Centre overall, thanks to the friendly staff and great amenities. The location near the city center was perfect for exploring York. However, some minor issues, like the small bathroom setup, could use improvement. Despite that, the spacious rooms and the new bar area created a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. 😊
